I needed a shower repair urgently and neither British Gas nor Dynorod (with whom I have agreements) could respond properly for a week! Richard stepped in and saved me - really quick response and initial call out and assessment and bought a new shower and fitted it within two days. Very impressive service. Recommended.

I can’t rate Richard highly enough, I hadn’t been able to to use my sink in nearly week due to issues with another plumber, Richard came out at very short notice to help me out, he came when he said he would, he was very calm and professional and just got on with it despite being faced with a stress head (me) Amazing neat job - and I have water in the in the kitchen again. So impressed at the service Richard offers. We had a sudden leak from a shower (the bathroom looked a bit like a scene from Titanic) - Richard came the next day and stopped the leak so we had our water back. He then returned and replaced the shower cartridge and fixed a couple of other issues. Great communication, highly professional, quick response and a good price for his excellent work. Richard ws very efficient in his communications and his work ethic. He gave a genuine assessment of what could be wrong with the shower but recommended that I should just replace it as it'd be cheaper in the long run. He was available that same week and arrived on time and the work took 2 hours as he estimated. The final price was as his quoted price. He was very courteous and professional at all times. I would use his services again and highly recommend him.

I had a leak appear behind my built in toilet and didn’t know how to access behind the toilet itself to identify what was going on. I contacted Richard and he was able to come out and diagnose the issue the same day, which was fantastic. He was professional, tiny and efficient. Richard was able to stop the leak immediately and then get replacement parts within a couple days at which point he returned and completed the job. Delighted I chose Richard for the job. I’d certainly recommend him to anyone without a doubt. Five stars.

Richard understood the problem, gave excellent advice and was able to see the solution (faulty shower pump installation - not by him!). He recommended and supplied a replacement pump, alongside installation and correction of incorrect plumbing routing.His work was clean, efficient and neat, leaving us with the problem resolved, hopefully for a long time.I can't comment on "good value" since I did not seek any other quotes, but he quoted a price I was prepared to pay.I would contact him again for plumbing problems should the need arise. I contacted Richard to quote and do a power flush on a central heating system for my mother. Richard was extremely professional and methodical in his work, he took the time to prepare the system properly and executed the work with precision making sure every step was followed. Even the expansion tank in the loft was cleaned. Heating is now back on and all radiators glowing with heat. A foghorn noise started coming from our kitchen tap when we flushed one of the toilets or ran one of the bathroom taps and it also started to run. I reached out to Royal Flush to see if they could fix the problem after seeing their excellent reviews on Checkatrade. I was pleased with how responsive Richard was and how he was willing to come out to assess the problem without a call out fee. Richard was punctual and identified the problem straight away. I valued his advice and honesty - we were willing to pay for new parts, but he encouraged us to check if the tap was still under warranty (it was). Happy customer! Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

On Thursday I Called Royal Flush plumbing as our shower motor had burnt out. I hadn’t used them before, but was very happy when I told Richard some of the issues he agreed to come out the next day to take a look. He sent me through a quote really quickly, which I accepted. He then followed up with an email saying he could order the shower Monday and fit it by Wednesday. He was true to his word, turned up on time, within few hours it was all completed. He was very thorough and respectful of our property. His communication has been excellent, and I would certainly have no hesitation to ring him again. Can highly recommended.

Replaced radiator in room with new carpet. I called on Saturday and he was round the next day and sorted it all out in only a few hours. We had a new carpet installed the day before and he left the place spotless. Nice bloke, actually ended up costing a little less than the quote! Very good, highly recommended.
